Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Monmouth is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy operating in Monmouth, Wales, UK (GPhC No. 9012511). We provide weight loss consultation services and dispense prescription and non-prescription weight loss treatments to eligible patients.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any individual who does not meet our clinical criteria. Providing false or misleading health information may put your health at risk and may result in termination of your account.
All prescription treatments are issued only following a clinical assessment by our registered pharmacist prescriber or a suitably qualified clinician. The issuing of a prescription is at the sole discretion of the clinician and is not guaranteed.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid only for the specified medication and duration stated. We do not accept third-party prescriptions unless explicitly agreed in advance.
Our services are not a substitute for your regular GP or primary healthcare provider. We recommend you inform your GP of any treatment you receive through us.
Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store your full payment card details on our systems.
Pricing is subject to change. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you will be charged.
Orders approved by our pharmacist will be dispatched within 1 working day of clinical approval. Delivery is to UK addresses only.
We use tracked, discreet packaging. While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control are not our responsibility.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
You may cancel your order before it has been clinically approved and dispatched. Once a prescription has been issued and a medicine dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for that medication in accordance with UK medicines legislation and patient safety regulations.
If your order is declined at the clinical assessment stage, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days.
